| Notes | Dear Craig, Thank you for forwarding EA Resolution 4 – Addition of At-Large Seats for 2019-2020 Term. I agree with your plan to continue the two at-large seats for an additional year, ending on May 31, 2020. Doing so permits the incumbents holding these seats to complete their terms. I understand that this will mean there will be 30 voting members of the EA next year because you anticipate having participation from Hotel and AAD. Once these at-large seats are dissolved on June 1, 2020, the voting members will return to 28. The vote of the assembly (21-0-1) indicates strong support for this direction and I am happy to endorse the Employee Assembly’s sentiment. Sincerely, Martha Pollack
