Dear President Pollack,

It is my pleasure to convey to you UA Resolution #4: , sponsored by the Chair of our Codes and Judicial Committee, Matthew Battaglia.

This resolution is the culmination of tremendous effort on the part of the Codes and Judicial Committee to include the perspectives of the wider campus community and to draft precise language precisely tailored to address longstanding issues. The intent of the resolution is specifically to allow the Assembly and Committee to begin a holistic evaluation of the Code after these issues are cleared from the docket.
