It is my pleasure to convey to you University Assembly Resolution #5 Dependable and Inclusive Supply of Pharmaceutical and Essential Nonprescription Supplies. The text of this resolution is similar to the Stusnet Assembly Resolution 20 and the Graduate and Professional Studnet Assembly Resolution 7, both also under the same name.

This resolution supports the creation of a pilot program through Cornell Health’s Pharmacy for multi-unit vending machines carrying essential nonprescription medicine including emergency contraception to increase health accessibility and health equity on campus. The resolution was passed unanimously, 15-0-1, on February 21st, 2023.
