I am writing to convey EA Resolution 3: Revision of the Employee Assembly Awards. Members of the Communications, Outreach & Recognition Committee sponsored this resolution and they made several updates to the Award for Staff Integrity and Inclusion and the George Peter Award for Dedicated Service. These updates more appropriately reflect Cornell University’s values and better align with the eligibility, criteria, and scoring of the University’s President’s Awards for Employee Excellence. This resolution passed with a vote of 10-0-1.
