Text Attachment | Dear President Pollack, It is my pleasure to convey Resolution 3: Demanding mandatory arbitration and class action bans be removed from CASHNet and other community agreements. The abstract states, "Cornell’s CASHNet payment system mandates arbitration to resolve disputes and [also] bans class actions,[which are] practices condemned by our own Law and ILR faculty. These terms should not appear in any agreement Cornell presents its community." Thank you for your time and consideration. Please let me know should you have any questions or concerns. All of my best, Andy L. Barrientos-Gómez
