| Notes | Dear President Pollack, It is my pleasure to convey to you Resolution #4 Revising the GPSA Finance Commission Guidelines. This resolution approves changes to our Finance Commission (FC) Guidelines for club funding (also attached). We started implementing our new FC guidelines this year to ensure more responsible fund management by clubs and this recent revision clarifies and adds things that the FC found was unclear during their first implementation this year. We hope that this latest revision would make the club funding process much clearer and more transparent.
