A motion was made to amend by striking the first "be it therefore resolved clause" (lines 119-122) and by adding the three subsequent resolved clauses (lines 124-136), and A. Loiben made a friendly amendment to the amendment to change "therefore" to "further" (in line 128). N. Rogers made a friendly amendment to put a comma after “programming” in line 112.
