Thank you for conveying to me Resolution 3: SA R3: Implementing the Office of Ethics’ Recommendations on Presidential Succession. I thank the Assembly for undertaking a process to resolve the succession issue, and I look forward to receiving the Assembly’s proposal in Fall 2023 to resolve the discrepancy between the Charter and Bylaws.
I encourage the Assembly to work with the Office of the Assemblies on proposed amendments.
